Working with the growth of others and self for well over a decade. I have an NLP Master Practitioner and INLPTA NLP Trainer accreditation and post-graduate diploma in Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapy. I consider myself an integrative therapist which means I draw upon different approaches to psychotherapy and other forms of healing techniques as well as drawing on my own personal life experiences to help support you.
There are many definitions of NLP, all however, relate to the same principle of being “a practical way of understanding our thinking and our behaviour that can be used to make rapid and useful changes in our lives”.
Neuro Linguistic Psychotherapy is a short term, goal oriented and practical approach to solving problems, achieving goals and personal growth.
Yoga is the path to rediscovering our innate happiness and bliss, through physical postures that help cultivate mindfulness and a sense of being in the here and now we can begin to let go of the inner dialogue that creates barriers to joy.
Training is my passion and my talent. I believe everyone has the capacity to learn something different – and be excellent at it!
