Yoga is the path to rediscovering our innate happiness and bliss, through physical postures that help cultivate mindfulness and a sense of being in the here and now we can begin to let go of the inner dialogue that creates barriers to joy.
There are many descriptions for Yoga that we can relate to such as the cultivation of flexibility, strength, balance, kindness, better relationships and so on but Yoga is an experience that changes and evolves just as the human condition is designed to do. Yoga teaches us to welcome and go with the flow of life.
As founder of Calm Collective based in Sidcup I am privileged to witness daily the transformations that Yoga brings to individuals and the community. Our studio is a sanctuary for every body, of all walks of life to feel free from the daily judgments and stresses of life.
